Dazzler of the Day: TJ Collins

When I peruse social media these days, one of the main things I look for is someone or something that will be inspiring and motivational, which brings me to a number of fitness instructors, but only a few of them consistently engage and inspire, which is why TJ Collins earns his first Dazzler of the Day. Collins grew up in the Capital Region and after an extended stint in New York City (where he worked with the likes of SoulCycle, Barry’s Bootcamp, 305 Fitness and Equinox) finds himself back up here, offering personal fitness trining, health and wellness coaching, and general motivation for the masses. Dazzler of the Day: Cody Rigsby

Reigning Prince of Peloton has already been crowned Hunk of the Day here (back when such a thing existed), and now he has earned a Dazzler of the Day honor as well. Thanks to his engaging and inspirational Peloton sessions, Rigsby has made a fitness name for himself while help putting Peloton on the map of popularity. (Anyone who grooves to Britney Spears is all right in my book.)

Dazzler of the Day: Nam Vo

A descendant of MTV’s original reality-television show ‘The Real World’ and its spin-off ‘Road Rules’, ‘The Challenge’ pits participants of both against each other for a series of competitive challenges that makes for double the explosive television. Taking part of that is Nam Vo, who is also an international fashion, cover & fitness model, actor, coach  and instructor. He can now add Dazzler of the Day to the impressive curriculum vitae.

Dazzlers of the Day: Calvin and Bryan ~ Stepbrothers

Not to put too-fine of a point on how ageless I am, it needs to be disclosed that I once babysat Calvin and I used to play cards with the grandmother of Bryan. So yes, I go way back with these two Dazzlers of the Day. Today they are launching Stepbrothers – a far and triumphant cry from the little kids I remember quite fondly, and a bold evolution of their training brand. Roger That: Stretching Into The Comfort Zone

Previously profiled here, Roger Frampton has a new stretching program available to everyone (‘The Frampton Method: The Essential Guide to Stretching’), and after exploring some of his simple stretches, I’ve found it’s unleashed a better way of living, so I’m recommending everyone give it a try. It’s amazing the transformation a consistent but easy program of stretching can provide. I’ve spent the past few months getting into the surprisingly life-changing squat, which has provided relief and re-energizing inspiration during an office work day. It’s the pose on the cover of his new book, and it has completely reinvigorated and revitalized my forty-something bones. The age of the importance of flexibility is upon me, and I’m listening to what the body needs.

Frampton offers a program that is less focused on developing vanity targets, and more about providing the framework and tools necessary to improve the quality of life. It certainly does make things much more comfortable and enjoyable, and at a time when I’m less concerned with appearance and more concerned with maintaining some semblance of health as I gear into the later years, this is of utmost importance. Of course one side effect is that your body will, as a general rule, look better when you engage with a fitness program; Frampton has already earned his Hunk of the Day crowning as evidence of this. A More Natural Form of Fitness By Roger Frampton

Finally, a fitness regime that makes sense and appeals to those of us who like practicality and results. Roger Frampton has designed a routine that utilizes the human body and its natural poses and inclinations to drive us into healthier and more comfortable form. For anyone with back issues, his method is a boon to feeling better and getting in shape. He starts with a simple child’s squat, returning us to how to all began, and after trying it out I have to say my body indeed began to feel better.

He’s been a Hunk of the Day before thanks to his outer appeal – this quick post honors what’s inside as well, and his talent with inspiring others to get in shape by starting small and integrating healthier poses and exercises into everyday life. Simon Says Sexy

It’s been far too long since we’ve had a properly gratuitous Simon Dunn post, so let this go some way toward rectifying that. Mr. Dunn, as you may likely remember because who can forget such hotness, made a splash as an openly gay Olympic bobsledder. Currently, he’s a trainer in London and does all sorts of fun, and often thankfully shirtless, extracurricular activities. Here are a few shots that have appeared on his wildly popular Instagram page.

He works hard for his money-maker body, and inspires his clients to do the same. Even from halfway around the globe, he’s proven to be an inspiration to others, as evidenced by such naked teases as seen here. (If you’re lucky enough to live in London, you might even be able to score a training session with him.) His first Hunk of the Day crowning put him on this website’s radar, and ever since then he’s offered tantalizing glimpses of treasure trails and the like in posts like this. Soon after that first HOD, he earned a second one, and now stands to join the rarefied Threesome Club if and when he gets around to winning a third. (He’s probably just one naked photo shoot and interview away from getting that glorious triumvirate.) Until then, this post will have to suffice and tide over his fans.
