The New Year came with an early dinner with family, a return to a tradition that began from as far back as I can remember. While Thanksgiving and Christmas were always spent at the Ko house, New Year’s Day was hosted by our family. We had to skip last year’s because of COVID, but now that immediate family is all vaccinated we held it again, and I am grateful for that.
