A simple summer cocktail, one that utilizes sweet tea as its base. (I’ve been told by true Southerners that the only tea to use is Lizzane.)
Southern Peach Sweet Tea
- 1 part bourbon
- 2 parts sweet tea
- ½ part peach schnapps
- Garnish with fresh mint
