Today marks the 10th anniversary of the first Red Sox game Skip and I saw together – a memory he reminded me of with the FaceBook pic below. The traditional 10th anniversary gift for married folks is tin, but we are decidedly not married (to each other) and I don’t think aluminum foil counts as tin (or does it? Is tin foil still a thing?) so I wouldn’t know what to gift him.

We are gearing up for this year’s extended BroSox Adventure, padding in an extra day so as to allow for some precious downtime when we’re not running around trying to tick off every box in one of my ridiculously-ambitious itineraries. Our schedules have slotted this for the first weekend of Skip’s summer vacation (must be nice to be a school teacher – NOT) and our Red Sox game has typically been the kick-off for the summer season. Stay tuned, and hang onto your baseball hats…
