Alan Bennett Ilagan is a blogger who resides in upstate New York. A graduate of Brandeis University, Ilagan has been published in Instinct, xy magazine, Windy City Times, Q Northeast, Metroland, commUNITY, and ‘The Project for a New Mythology.’ He has been profiled in Unzipped, Genre, Diversity Rules! Magazine, and Upstate Magazine. From 2008 to 2012 he served as manager of the Romaine Brooks Gallery at the Pride Center of the Capital Region. He and his husband Andy were married in 2010 and remain happily unburdened by children. His website has been up since 2003, making it one of the longest running personal blogs.
