As a deaf and gay man, Christian often jokes about having two strikes against him, and has never let that deter him from creating an inspirational and aspirational life that is as impressive as it is courageous. Attitude Magazine awarded him their Pride LGBTQ+ Community Hero award, while Deaf Uity named him their Deaf Role Model of the Month last year.
