A Post-Connecticut Weekly Recap

This is my new bestie, a pooch by the name of Queenie, with whom I actually go way back. She lives in Connecticut, where I spent a fun weekend with a dear lifelong friend and her family, but more on that in a bit. It’s Monday, and time for the weekly recap before we get into a semi-serious post later today. Lots happening now that it’s a full moon AND Mercury is in retrograde motion – good luck to all, as we’re gonna need it.

This is Cowboy Grass, because of course there’s a fragrance for the cowboy era.

Andy’s birthday is always a favorite day around these parts.

Skies filled with drama are a hallmark of fall.

Have you caught up on the cowboy check-in?

An erotic, sexual anniversary that now feels almost quaint.

Fuck a Hump Day.

One of the finest blessings: may your yolks always run.

October is the fall leaf.

Bouncing on cowboy bussy is one way of putting it.

The lone Dazzler of the Day was Dixon Dallas (and I always appreciate a little bit of alliteration).

Unnatural rise while the day is still dark.

The cowboy that shook you.

Things half in shadow, things half in light.

Rise of the cowboy.

The felled banana tree.

Abiding cowboy love in a most beautiful song and performance.

Don’t fence a cowboy in – that’s the first rule of being a cowboy.

The FALL of the COWBOY.
