With its juxtaposition of the sacred and profane, light and shadows, stone and body, StoneLight marked a transition from prose-driven projects to photography.

From 2003, the Talented Trickster Tour: Reflections of a Floating World found inspiration from ukiyo-e, A Clockwork Orange, and Madonna's Drowned World Tour. A dark, violent journey, these images comprise just about half of what is in the actual Tour Book.

This incendiary project from August 2001 featured racy (and full-frontal) photos, and ended up being seen by less than a dozen of my closest friends. Some of the safer images have been scanned here, and portray the tender arrival of a young man into adulthood.
